Reconstruction of Service ERP system due to aging of the existing system

As a manufacturer-affiliated company specializing in maintenance services, we carry out all operations from carry-in and installation of electrical equipment products to on-site adjustments, maintenance inspections, and repairs. Alongside, we established a sales department to carry out sales, maintenance contract and maintenance of electrical equipment products.

For maintenance services, we have built a 24-hour backup system through a nationwide network so that we can respond to customer requests at any time. We aim to establish new services that meet the needs of the times.
