ServAir V4.0 Release Announcement
We are pleased to announce the release of version 4.0 of the customer service management software ServAir.
In V4.0, all service-related screens have been changed to a responsive design, significantly improving screen operability.
It is now easier to operate the system not only from PCs but also from mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, which allows referring to the registered information from outside and inputting work reports on-site, thus enabling smoother operation regardless of the location.
In addition, the integration with scheduling software such as Outlook and Google Calendar has been enhanced, making it possible to manage personal and system calendars independently. Other functional improvements and enhancements have been made based on improvement requests received from our customers that have installed the system.
V4.0 is scheduled to go on sale on December 27, 2021, and begin shipping on February 10, 2022. Please feel free to contact us for a product introduction as well as an introduction to the new V4.0 features.
