ServAir Cloud V4.1 Release Announcement
We are pleased to announce the release of our customer service package, “ServAir Cloud V4.1”.
V4.1 offers enhanced support functions for work planning and preparation.
Automatic calculation of conformance scores based on multiple criteria, making it possible to recommend and automatically assign the most suitable engineer.
Furthermore, automatic search and suggestion functions for similar past incident work and frequently used parts have been added along with the enhanced equipment reservation functions.
It can streamline operations in engineer assignment, work planning, and preparation.
In addition, the sales-related screens have also been changed to a responsive design following the service-related screens.
We are also working to improve and enhance functions based on the improvement requests received from our customers.
V4.1 is scheduled to go on sale on October 3, 2022, and begin shipping on November 18, 2022.
