We offer three ERP functions to support
after-sales service in the background

Sales Management

Provides sales management functions such as quoting, ordering, shipping, sales, and billing for service orders and maintenance contracts.
It also handles service-specific tasks such as pre-and post-sales quotes that are optimal for service operations and automatic sales after repair.

Purchase Management

Provides purchase management functions such as purchasing repair parts and resale goods, and ordering services from companies that undertake repair work.
It also supports the Subcontract Act and can perform proper ordering work.

Inventory Management

Provides inventory management functions such as a stock inquiry for service parts, movement between warehouses, and stocktaking. It also performs inventory allocation/in-out processes linked to service operations and return processing of unused parts.
